• Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with deny listed IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

There are no refunds, exchanges, or warranties with Indigo Moon. All sales are final. Please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing an order. These items are one of a kind and delicate so handle carefully. We are not responsible for damage caused by shippers or customers.

Please contact me with any questions or clarifications you may have prior to your purchase, I will answer as quickly as possible!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
If the box/bag your item arrives in is damaged, please ensure you take photos/videos prior to opening. We need this evidence to make a claim with the shipping company.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
